We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The two pools were amazing, and we enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provided a great taxi service that was always on time. The location was perfect, as it was a short trip to the city center in this Muslim country.
Can't fault anything about it.

During our xmas break we had a wonderful time at a Moroccan hotel. We were impressed by the spectacular decor that adorned the hotel rooms and facilities. The hotel provided us with perfect amenities including two swimming pools and a great location. We enjoyed the local delicacies that were prepared in the hotel's restaurant, making it difficult to leave this unforgettable destination.
Although we had an amazingly relaxing time, we were disappointed by the lack of room service options and the cost of some of the hotel's services. It was quite frustrating at times to have to pay extra for simple requests that were included in other hotels of the same class.

The pool and the bar area were very nice. We also enjoyed having a reliable taxi driver available through the hotel. the buffet breakfast was good.
The utensils in the kitchen were lacking and made it difficult to prepare meals. We were also disappointed that the on-site spa was not operational during our stay.

The location of the hotel in a city centre of a Muslim country made us feel immersed in the local culture. We enjoyed spending time outside in the beautiful garden and being close to the centre of Marrakesh. The staff was helpful and polite, and the service provided by the restaurant was great. The apartments were beautifully decorated in true Moroccan style, giving us a unique experience.
The room in the barrack looking building was a disappointment, far from the beautiful garden and the advertised pool.
